We have 4 children and lived in a 3 bedroom home in Ballston Spa. As the kids grew the space shrunk and it was time to decide to either expand in our current home or move out to a bigger home. We love our neighborhood and ultimately decided to stay put and do an addition. We had all of the reservations that you have entering into this type of a major project. We went with Hinman Construction based on addition work they did for a neighbor, which we were impressed with. All I can say is that they surpassed every expectation we had! Professional, friendly, clean and most importantly the finished product is amazing! We added two bedrooms over our garage, we built out our mudroom and renovated our kitchen. It looks like a new house! I highly recommend Hinman Construction and cannot say enough about how refreshed I am to have worked with such professionals who bring knowledge and structure to what was a very daunting engagement for a family with 4 kids. We’ll miss them now that they’re onto their next project but we could not be more pleased! Highly recommend!
