We hired Hinman Construction to help us design and build out a space in our house that was seldom ever used. The key was to make the space both beautiful and functional. They worked with us closely through every aspect of the design process until we came up with the perfect design. Their expertise helped guide us where we would have otherwise potentially made a poor design decision. Much of our first floor was involved in the construction, however it never became an inconvenience. Jami and the team were super neat, blocking off areas so construction dust would not infiltrate our entire home. Not only was the team super professional, but they were a joy to work with and have around the house. I would highly recommend the Hinman Construction Team!

The owners of this beautiful home in Clifton Park brought us in to help redesign the area between the garage and the kitchen and make it function better. We took the existing closet, laundry and bedroom and removed walls, redirected flow by reversing the swing of the garage entry and moving more central. A built in pantry was added for tons of new storage. The bedroom was converted to a mudroom office with lots of great roll-out storage shelves for shoes, boots, crafts, files and so much more. What you can’t see is what makes it such a great space. A place for everything and everything in its place. The laundry with built in cabinetry to enclose the washer and dryer, new sink in gorgeous leathered granite. Custom cabinetry allowed for lots of great features and unique sizes and finishes. The tile floor brings it all together. Form and function working in perfect harmony with the colors and material sections. The floor flows into the pantry and updated bath that also features the same leathered granite on the sink base.
